Mens Q.What should I do if I want to return my shoes? A.Should you wish to exchange your purchase or obtain a refund, goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, with suitable proof of purchase, unworn and in a resellable condition. Within the UK goods can be returned to one of our shops, should there be one convienient to you. Alternatively they can be returned via our freepost address (along with the packaging supplied with your order). Should you wish to use this method please contact customer services. Orders returned outside of the UK are done so at a cost to the customer. Q. Will I be refunded the shipping cost that was charged upon the goods being sent out? A. The charge made for shipping is made purely to cover the cost of the initial sending out. Due to this we are unable to offer a refund for postage. Should you choose to return goods for an exchange via the freepost address we do not charge for additional shipping as a gesture of goodwill. Q.What should I do if the shoes are faulty? A.We personally check every pair of shoes prior to dispatch so you should never receive a faulty pair. If however there is a problem please contact our customer service team who will do everything they can to put the problem right. Typically if stock is showing as available we will endeavor to process your order within two working days. Delivery is subject to the method selected by you.
